The Company aims to help in uplifting the Philippine construction industry toward achieving internationally recognized standards. The company will render a sophisticated and professional practice in the construction industry for the benefit of Clients and End Users.

AAR Fabricator and Contractor are heavily committed to enhance and implement the universal requirement on Health, Safety and Environment in every phase of activity that the Company may undertake. The management has an extensive experience in dealing and resolving HSE issues, which were gained from training and application abroad. As it is one of the major concerns worldwide. Its aim is to contribute and help uplifting the Philippine construction industry toward achieving acceptable HSE standards.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)

The Company is committed to an effective Quality Management System required in every aspect of its services. The aim is to ensure that all contractual and specification requirements are met with minimum wastage, no rework or concessions. It is the company’s policy to do the job right at first time.

The Company in association with Welders Testing Laboratory (WTL) Philippines has a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program. It has Specialists responsible for implementing QA/QC plans and procedures to ensure that all Clients’ QA/QC requirements are implemented efficiently and effectively. A Quality Assurance Manager is appointed in each project, which is responsible for the introduction, documentation and implementation of the TQM system. The QA/QC manager acts and resolves quality matters with a responsibility independent from the Construction Management Team. In addition to ISO 9000 qualification, he has a level III ASME, CSWIP, AWS and applicable Philippine Welding Society Inspector qualifications. The QA/QC inspectors are certified to level II and are multi -disciplined for conducting non-destructive examinations.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

The responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment with in our operations is a mandatory obligation of all personnel working in this organization. All employees shall take responsibility for their own and their colleagues safety and that of others who maybe affected by their acts or omissions. This statement therefore makes specific commitments with regard to how we operate and addressees’ personnel safety, welfare, damage to property, protecting the environment, reducing losses and liabilities and full compliance with statutory requirements.

This statement will therefore govern each of us in our work and we will undertake to implement this commitment by:

The provision of safe premises and work places including access to and exit from them
The provision of well maintained plant and safe work practices
The appointment of competent people to assist us in meeting our statutory duties including where appropriate, specialist outside.
The provision of adequate procedures to implement project HSE Plan, to monitor its implementation and to follow up relevant action items.
